Schoki Craft Chocolate

Schoki Chocolate is a small bean to bar chocolate-making family company started in 2020. They sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, temper, mold, and package their chocolate bars in a small factory in Squamish, B.C. 

Schoki was started from a love for good quality chocolate and a passion for the protection of the environment as well as the well-being of the cacao farmers they work with.
